Collectively their history consists of being established fashion photographers, former models, celebrity hair and makeup artists, stylists, a former fashion designer, and former fashion retail editor for Mode Magazine. These combined talents alongside their more than twenty four years of experience managing models and building strong relationships throughout the industry have aided in the development, career guidance and success of each model signed.

If selected as an Eye model, you can rest assured that everyone in the agency has 100% confidence in your success as a professional model. Eye works closely with the models and their families to prepare them for a serious career in the fashion industry and acts as an advocate for the model at all times. As a new face with Eye Model Management, models can expect a one on one personal relationship with the owners of Eye that includes career preparation, image development and guidance throughout the models career. Although Eye does work extensively in each model's development, it is important to recognize, Eye is not a school, listing service, or booking agency and maintains focus on career driven models.
