Metalab Communications' New York Web covers the Big Apple fashion, music, nightlife, and culture scene with a characteristically chic attitude. (You know -- pouty supermodel photos, lots of black and white... that whole bit.) It's not likely to offer much in the way of classic literature (ý la old New Yorker), but NYW is a pretty attractive browse, especially for those with a longing for a glamorous Manhattan lifestyle. The features, which demand magazine-like page turning, have included "A Social Climber's Guide to Manhattan," and listings of the "Vital 100... neural points that compose the ever expanding network that generates this city's Zeitgeist."
