Born in Bristol, Dana Smith moved to New Delhi, India as a child and lived there for 13 years. This unique upbringing allowed her to become fluent in spoken Hindi before moving back to the UK to finish her education. She attended school in the UK on a football scholarship, and also continues to partake in basketball, netball, and athletics. After being scouted as a model, she debuted on the Loewe Spring/Summer 2022 runway, and she has since worked with a list of prestigious brands that include Chanel, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, and Valentino. She has also been photographed for British and Italian Vogue, i-D, Self-Service, W, and many more publications.

Dana's fashion career fuels her existing love for traveling, where Japan, Chile, and Peru are next on her personal checklist. While growing up in India, she volunteered at multiple animal shelters to help rehome injured stray dogs - including three of her own. She hopes to eventually study criminology at university and continue to incorporate her love for animals into future prospects.
