Christiaan Houtenbos, top hairstylist has worked with everyone from Grace Jones (he created her signature flat top) to clients like Calvin Klein since the 80's. Credited with inventing the "undercut". Married to Marianne Houtenbos, longtime Arthur Elgort studio director.
