Ravage [man]agement is an international mother agency directed by Wesley James and opened in 2019 after 8 years within the Mega franchise in Brazil. Today, the agency is divided into two divisions ie Ravage which is the brazilian agency with national coverage and full casting in Brasilia, Goiania and Sao Paulo which places and developes only brazilian new faces while, [man]agement is the international counterpart representing a diverse range of models of diverse nationalities such as Kamal Sad from Morocco, Joseph Chou from China as well as the high profile male models such as Jhona Burjack who are directly managed by Wesley and his team.
