For Spring 2017, the designer John Elliott + Co took his elevated approach to streetwear to the beach, finding inspiration in the surfing life for his color blocked windbreakers, patterned towels, and even the models’s sunburnt cheeks. Shown against a pristine reflecting pool, the designs had an active, sporty appeal in a rich palette of blue, green, and gray that brought an urban edge to a seaside vision.
