Miller Mobley (b. 1986) is an American photographer noted for his portraiture. Born and raised in Alabama, it was in the South that he discovered his love for image making. He later moved to New York to refine his craft.
From photographing the now infamous portrait of the late Anthony Bourdain to the cover of Michelle Obama’s memoir, “Becoming,” Mobley is known for his portraits of many of the world’s most celebrated personalities. His portraits have appeared on the covers and pages of Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Esquire, and Time. Mobley's style is defined by cinematic portraiture that reaches for soul and humanity.
